The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 542/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased.

Considering the general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner and his position in the family, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.30826 of 2021(2) dt.07-03-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna, in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 542/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
