The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.115 of 2018 arising out of G.R.P., Jhajha P.S.Case No.53 of 2018 dated 19.4.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B), a 26(1) 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of five country-made pistol along with magazine and four additional magazines and it further appears that he is accused in two other cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is of false implication and he is in custody since 20.4.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71548 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
