This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Danapur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2015 dated 21.03.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 327, 341, 347, 379, 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 470, 471 and 506 read with Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned counsel for the State submits that this is a case of the year 2015 and in all its probability the investigation must have been completed by now.

If the same has not been concluded, this Court directs that the same must be concluded within a period of four months.

In case the petitioners are aggrieved by the report of the police, they would have the liberty to avail the remedies to which they are entitled.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction/observation.
