This application alleges willful/deliberate disobedience of the order dated 09.07.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 784 of 2013, the operative part/portion whereof reads as under:- "Let the petitioners file the said claim/representation(s) supported by all relevant documents as also copy of the present order before the Respondent Civil Surgeon cum Secretary District Health Society, Bhojpur, Ara within three weeks whereafter the said respondent shall examine the same and pay the admissible dues, if any, to the petitioners as quickly as possible preferably within four weeks of such filing/presentation. In case of denial thereof, the

Show causes have been filed on behalf of O.P. No. 3 enclosing therewith the diverse orders which indicate that the claim of the petitioner was examined and the same was found suspicious. Accordingly, the matter has been referred to the Vigilance stating that the payment will depend on the report received from the Vigilance regarding correctness or otherwise of the claim. The last order passed in this regard has been enclosed as Annexure-D wherefrom it appears that earlier also similar stand was taken which was informed to the petitioner. Considering the order passed on the writ petition and the statements made in the show cause, I am satisfied that the order has been substantially complied with.
The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) Pankaj/- U
