The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 365/370 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the F.I.R., other named accused persons kidnapped the informant and her one year old son. They brought the victim to the Nursing Home of this petitioner and from there some of the accused took the boy and sold him to co-accused Pintu Kumar, who has already been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. No. 518 of 2017 and some other persons took the informant to Muzaffarpur Railway Station.
Considering the fact that no allegation is there against the petitioner and he is aged about 70 year, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paru P.S.
