====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, informant and learned counsel for the State.

This Court would expect that the petitioner's counsel would honour his undertaking in the instant proceedings regarding supply of the requisite court fee etc. within two weeks from the date he is called upon to do so by the office. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheikhpura Mahila P. S. Case No. 09 of 2020 (Sessions Trial No. 41 of 2020) for the offence punishable under Sections 363/354B/364/511/120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code in which charge sheet has been submitted under Sections 354B, 364 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Five out of six witnesses have already been examined as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22201 of 2022(3) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 per report dated 02-07-2022 received from the learned District and Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura.

In view thereof, this Court considers it expedient, in the interest of justice, to direct for conclusion of the trial expeditiously without granting any undue adjournment or unnecessary delay. This Court would observe that on merits, the petitioner's prayer for bail has been rejected earlier under order dated 16-03-2021.

In view of the advanced stage of the trial, which is on the verge of completion, the application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
