The petitioner who is in custody since 11.12.2022 seeks bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 254/2022 registered for the offence under 3(i)(r)(w) of SC/ST (POA) Act and 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 341/323/324/354/385/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics and he has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R.
