Both the petitioners were found drunk apart from having recovery of five number of AC Black each containing 180 ml, blue liquor six pieces each containing 180 ml, Nepali Saufi sixty pouch containing 300 ml and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 12.08.2016.

Furthermore, as per para-3 of the bail petition it is evident that both the petitioners lack criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioners (1) Santosh Mahto @ Santosh Raut, (2) Ram Vinay Mahto each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the
