The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
Some unknown criminals attempted to commit theft in the bank. However, nothing was stolen away. Submission is that name of the petitioner transpired during investigation on confessional statement of co-accused. No.15455 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 2/2 thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Begusarai/Successor Court in connection with Garhpura Police Station Case No.63 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With further condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
