Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Phulparas Police Station Case No 322 of 2015 dated 02.12.2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 354, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that no specific allegation has been made against the petitioners and injury inflicted on the informant was found to be simple in nature.
