2. The present writ petition has been filed for execution of the order dated 17.02.2022 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reform, Pupari, Sitamarhi in Land Dispute Redressal Case No.1 of 2020-21.

3. Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that under the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6287 of 2023(2) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) there is a specific provision for execution of the order of Deputy Collector Land Reform under Section 15 of the Act.

4. As such this writ disposed off with direction to the petitioner to file an application for execution under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) before the Deputy Collector Land Reform, Sitamarhi and Deputy Collector Land Reform, Sitamarhi is directed to execute its own order within 8 weeks thereafter.
