1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or an appropriate writ for quashing the notification dated 11.11.14, as Contained in Annexure-1 passed by President N.F. Railway Majdoor Union, the respondent no. 1 whereby and whereunder he has been pleased to notify the A.G.M. of N.F.R./M.U./KIR/Br. III for the year of 2014-15 is going to be held on 28.11.2014 in the premises of NFR/M.U./KIR/Br-III for the post of president, working president, VicePresident, Br. Secretary, Joint Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Org., Secretary and treasurer, without publishing the voter list and without notifying the date upto which period there is a provision of AGM as well as what is

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that with the efflux of time the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence the same be disposed off.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
