Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Taraiya P.S. Case No. 381 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of dispute and the injury sustained by the injured which is simple in nature, this bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32006 of 2021(2) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st Saran at Chapra, in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 381 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
