JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 The petitioner prays for setting aside order dated 22.6.2012, passed in Certificate case no. 1498 of 2005, whereby the Auction officer has directed her to pay a sum of Rs.61,326/- against the electric consumption. The petitioner submits that the supply of electricity was usually at low voltage which damaged her Ice cream factory.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the company stating that the petitioner has remedy of appeal. Without prejudice this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal. In case, petition for condonation of delay is filed, the same would be considered sympathetically, as the petitioner was pursuing the remedy before this Court.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15191 of 2012 (3) dt.13-08-2015 The appellate authority would dispose of the appeal preferably within four months of its filing.
