The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.16 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been named by the local Chowkidar and he has clean antecedent, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise (Court-II),

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22913 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.16 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioner will visit Paroo Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
