The petitioners seek bail in Case No. C2/489/18, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioners the police recovered 64.800 litres of Nepali Saufa wine. It has been submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that if the petitioners are again implicated in similar type of offence, the Court may consider cancellation of their bail, if allowed in the present case.

Considering the nature of accusation and the
