Since Annexure-7, dated 08.08.2013 has run its course and even otherwise the adhoc body's tenure cannot last beyond six months, writ application stands disposed off with a direction upon the Chairman that he has to take a decision to constitute a regular committee. Counsel for the Sanskrit Shiksha Board submits that a new rule has been put in place, effective February, 2015.

Let the Chairman act in accordance with rule

Patna High Court CWJC No.18591 of 2013 dt.24-08-2015 2/2 in place now.

Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
