This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation of commission of fire arm injury at the leg of the informant is against Mukesh Kumar, the cousin brother of this petitioner. The occurrence took place for dispute relating to non-refund of Rs.1,300/- by the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact that no act is alleged against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,
