JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S.Case No. 27 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 327, 341, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant repeatedly by Garasa causing injury.. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to altercation between the children, the occurrence took place moreover it is stated that petitioner has repeatedly assaulted but only one injury was found on the person of the injured and the injury was found grievous in nature on the temporal and parietal region.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69196 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
However, once charge has been framed, the trial court shall release the petitioner on bail to its own satisfaction on undertaking that petitioner will co-operate in disposal of the trial.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the application stands disposed of.
