ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Puraini P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner has already submitted her resignation and has not drawn any salary from the said post, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
