The petitioner seeks bail in Barauni P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.09.2020. Vide order dated 03.09.2021 report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'X'), which reveals that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined including Doctor and IO, except one private witness.

In view of the stage of trial, I am not inclined to

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, as the petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2018.
