After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons Pappu Yadav and Saurav Yadav had been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 19.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71184 of 2023 and thus prays to withdraw the present application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender in the Court below and seek regular bail.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner. However, it is made clear that the learned court below shall not be influenced or prejudiced by the fact that the present application
