The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 379 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

This petitioner along with 28 FIR named accused persons including 70-80 unknown persons attacked police party and snatched Rs. 3500.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Though petitioner is named in the FIR but there is no allegation of committing overt act against him. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21724 of 2022(3) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jehanabad in Barabar Prayatan Police Station Case No. 92 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
