This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner and others accused is of indiscriminate firing on the informant. However, no injury was caused.
Submission of the petitioner is that false implication is there and some other co-accused have been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 56036 of 2015.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chauri P.S. Case
