1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioners.
2. The petitioners have prayed to make appointment within the scheduled time frame of 4th Grade Employees.
3. Reply has been filed and it has been stated that the meeting of the District Selection Committee was held on 12.08.2003 and decision was taken inter alia as under and selection process has also started and completed:-
Patna High Court CWJC No.21918 of 2014(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 "a. It was decided that panel will consist of 500 panelist (further it has extended up to 600). b. Panel should be prepared as per direction given by the Personal and Administrative Reforms Department vide letter no. 16441 dated 03.12.80 and 577 dated 20.04.97.
c. Panelist should have a minimum educational qualification of 8th class pass.
d. Overage petitioner will be given priority. e. Rest of the daily wagers from the prior panel will also get priority.
f. Cut-off date of age was fixed as on 09.12.2001.
g. As per the condition mentioned in the advertisement, it was also decided that those petitioner whose petition were received directly without employment exchange or besides own handwriting will not be considered."
4. In view thereof, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
