The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complaint based allegation reveals that there is business dispute between the parties and allegation is of cheating because the petitioner did not refund money in spite of legal notice.
Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9462 of 2017 (2) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.1483 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
