JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For quashing the order issued vide letter No.230226 dated 05.05.2015 by the respondent No.2 and for a direction to the respondents to issue appointment letter to the petitioner on the basis of the selection list dated 03.03.2014 prepared by the Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, District-Siwan for the Post of Gramin Awas Sahayak in which his name finds place at Serial No.42.
(ii). For a direction to the respondents to consider the claim for appointment of the Petitioner within
Patna High Court CWJC No.14494 of 2015(2) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 the total vacancy 8422 advertised for the Posts of Gramin Awas Sahayak.

The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the validity of the panel / merit list has already expired, hence, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous with the efflux of time.
