Petitioner seeks bail in Mairwa P.S. Case No.292 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section(s) 30(1), 38(1), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 21.600 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and another accused, Chunnu Yadav.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66876 of 2018(2) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, cum Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S.
