2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 511 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-352, 351(2), 78 B.N.S. and 67(A) I.T. Act.
3. According to allegation, the marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized. In the next morning, the petitioner came to the house of the informant and asked him whereabouts of his daughter. He abused his family members in filthy languages and also, threatened to make the photograph of his daughter viral.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20085 of 2025(3) dt.13-08-2025 2/2 that the petitioner has amply been punished by remaining in custody for a period of more than six months. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 511 of 2024 with the following conditions:
(i) The petitioner will appear in the court below on each and every date fixed in the case and if, he fails to do so on two consecutive dates unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner. (ii) If the petitioner is found involved in any other case of similar nature, his bail bonds shall liable to be cancelled. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
