JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an application before the District Appellate Authority, Madhubani, for redressal of his grievance.

The petitioner shall file an application before the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2923 of 2011 (6) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 District Appellate Authority, Madhubani, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted interim relief by this Court on 22.01.2013. The petitioner will be at liberty to file a separate application before the District Appellate Authority, Madhubani, if so advised, for any interim relief during the pendency of application, within a period of ten days from the date of filing of application. The said application filed by the petitioner shall be disposed of within a period of twenty days. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
