JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has moved this Court against the final order dated 19.06.2013 passed under Section 126 of the Electricity Act by which the objection of the petitioner has been disposed of. The Board has issued a tentative bill of Rs.90,082/- for drawing energy in excess. The sanctioned load of the petitioner was 20 KW, but he was drawing energy of 27 KW. There is an alternative remedy of appeal. The petitioner should first approach the appellate authority instead of approaching this Court.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
