Petitioner has filed this writ for a direction upon respondent No.5, Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, to take decision on the review petition of the petitioner and communicate the same to him in pursuance of direction given by respondent No.2, vide memo No. 4506 dated 03.10.2013. It is submitted on behalf of the State that review petition of the petitioner has already been dismissed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, respondent No.5, vide order dated 18.02.2014 (Annexure- A) to the counter affidavit. It is pertinent to mention that order of dismissal passed by the authorities against the petitioner was upheld by

Patna High Court CWJC No.17427 of 2015(2) dt.19-01-2023 2/2 the Apex Court vide order dated 21.08.2008 passed in Civil Appeal No. 5186/ 2008.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as devoid of any merit.
