JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2016 registered under Sections 498(A), 323, 354, 120B of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8392 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 petitioners who are in-laws of the victim have falsely been implicated in the present case. They are living separately at different place. Also the parties have compromised the dispute vide Annexure 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, at Muzaffarpur in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
