JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order of this Court dated 08.01.2024, passed in CWJC No.10898 of 2023 has already stood complied with, inasmuch as the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar Patna has already passed a reasoned order dated 03.04.2024, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge

Patna High Court MJC No.1032 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 the aforesaid order dated 03.04.2024, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off.
