The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.11.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15462 of 2020 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 05.11.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15462 of 2020 for surrender of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35906 of 2021(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
