ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-02-2015 The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 11.06.2013 passed by the Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, IV Begusari in Sessions Trial No. 995 of 2011 arising out of Complaint Case No. 242C of 1997 by which he has rejected the application under Section 228 Cr.P.C.

Considering that even if charges under Sections 395 and 436 are framed no prejudice would be caused to the Petitioner, the application stands rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason,

No.33234 of 2012 dt.13-02-2015 2/2 it is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai and the Superintendent of police, Begusari who is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
