JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-02-2018 Taking into account the fact that the charges have been framed by order dated 10.12.2015 and some of the witnesses have been examined in this case, I am not inclined to interfere with the order impugned.

The petitioner, if so advised, may approach the Trial Court after examination of some of the witnesses and seek alteration of the charges, which petition shall be disposed off by the Trial Court in accordance with law.

The present revision petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
