The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Minapur P.S.Case No. 356/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner and other co-accused came at the door of the informant and started abusing him and when the informant protested, the petitioner started assaulting by lathi on his head, causing injury on his head and on alarm being raised, the family members came and the accused persons fled away and in that process, golden chain was snatched by the accused Rakesh

Submission is of false implication and no offence under S.C./S.T. Act is made out and the occurrence has not been taken under the public view. There is no allegation of repeating the blow and the injuries have been found, simple in nature and as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration to which the learned A.P.P. does not oppose.

Finding that the present case is a fit case for regular bail, the petitioner is directed to surrender and seek regular bail then his prayer for bail shall be considered on the same day on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
