====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Sessions Trial No. 71 of 2021 being tried for the offences punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have stabbed the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that the FIR has been lodged after much delay and there is no explanation of the same. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition. Petitioner is in custody since 2.11.2020.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner of stabbing the deceased.
