JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant was married to Birendra Poddar and after marriage the torture was inflicted, subsequently, she was being taken to Delhi and thereafter she is traceless.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though, the petitioner is not the family members of the husband of the victim but his name transpired during investigation. It appears that the case was instituted in the year 2011 and now the investigation has concluded and the petitioner has been chargesheeted under Sections 363, 365 and 120B of the IPC.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41845 of 2015 (3) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the same is rejected in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 43 of 2011 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.
