The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under sections414 of the Indian penal Code. The police seized a motorcycle from the back of the house of Mahendra Sahni who disclosed that the same has been kept by the Guddu Yadav. The seizure has been made on 03.05.2015. It appears from the perusal of the bail order and the materials on record that the petitioner was in judicial custody on 03.05.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

No.43766 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Path) P.S.
