2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 275 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 21.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30731 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that out of seven chargesheeted witnesses only one witness has been examined till date that too more than three months ago. The petitioner is in jail since 10.08.2023.

5. Considering the right of speedy trial of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Nawada/concerned Court in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 275 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed in the trial. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
