JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Kumari Devi Leela and Kamlakar Ojha gave a proposal to the informant for purchase of some land at Varanasi, which belongs to son-in-law of Kumari Devi Leela. The informant gave money in presence of Kamlakar Ojha and Kumari Devi Leela, this petitioner and her husband. The petitioner is daughter of Kumari Devi Leela.

It appears that the persons, who are mainly involved in the dispute, are Kamlakar Ojha, Kumari Devi Leela and Heera Kumar Trigun.

No.43780 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2 / 2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case no. 190 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
