Petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No.72 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 457, 380/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is named in the First Information Report. But no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has been implicated merely on suspicion.

Petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2017.

Keeping in view the period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21407 of 2019(2) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No.72 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
