Case No. 99 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be member of Panchayat Samiti and allegation against her is that she has recommended the application for one Manoj Sah for old age pension on the basis of forged documents.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has falsely been implicated in this case and the application for grant of old age pension was produced before the petitioner along with Aadhar Card and as such, she recommended for old age pension. Moreover, she is not the authority to grant the old age pension, as she is only the

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Manjhi P.S.
