The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, the petitioner along with others, procured the informant's thumb impression under the pretext of an interest-free loan of Rs. 35,000/-, and on 10.09.2023 she learnt of a forged loan in her name when bank officials sought recovery.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29143 of 2025(3) dt.12-08-2025 2/3 that the petitioner is in custody since 10-11-2024. Petitioner bears one criminal antecedent, as per disclosure in paragraph No. 3 of the bail application.

It has been further submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such occurrence took place as narrated by the informant in the FIR. Petitioner has no concern with the disbursement of loan from the bank. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to return/pay Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) to the informant.

Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the Informant have no objection, if the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) to the informant. 7.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioner, charge sheet being submitted and undertaking given by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 8.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29143 of 2025(3) dt.12-08-2025 3/3 below/concerned Court in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024, subject to the following conditions: (I) Petitioner shall pay Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) to the informant at the time of filing of bail bonds. (II) One of the bailors shall be own/close member of the family of the petitioner.

(II) The petitioner shall appear on each and every date fixed at the trial. In case of default in such appearance on two consecutive dates, the Trial Court will have liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
