The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 80 of 2014, Trial No. 1412 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that the police after investigation, did not submit charge sheet against the petitioner having found the case of no evidence. Thereafter, the cognizance has been taken on the basis of protest-cum-complaint petition. The petitioners are mother-in-law and wife of the deceased.

Thereafter, information was received that he was done to death in the sasural. As such, there is no any specific allegation made against the petitioners in the written report.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Complaint Case No. 80 of 2014, Trial No. 1412 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
