The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 680 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 302,201, 109, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that she has relationship with the husband of the victim and co-accused (husband of the victim) was apprehended by the police. Learned counsel for the petitioner next contended that role of this petitioner is that she instigated the husband of the victim to eliminate the victim. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2018.
