2. Heard Mr. Prakash Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Ravi Verma, learned AC to GP 4 for the State and Mr. Rabindra Kumar Priyadarshi, learned counsel for the Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.6208 of 2020 dt.07-10-2020 2/2 Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'BUIDCO').

3. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"i. For issuance of writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay to the petitioner remaining amount of retiral dues under the head of GPF, Leave Encashment and Group Insurance.

ii. For direction to the respondents to pay the remaining amount as per grade pay calculation on the basis of Rs. 2400/- from 01.01.2006 to 31.12.2008 and further atgrade pay of Rs. 2800/- from 01.01.2019 till retirement on 31.03.2017. iii. For direction to pay up-to-date interest on the above remaining amount.

iv. For grant of any other relief for reliefs as made available to the petitioner as per the law."

4. Affidavits have been filed on behalf of BUIDCO. The stand taken in the same is that now all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the position.
