====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No. 159 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from his possession. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Petitioner has been arrested by the police in Nima Chandpura P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018 and on the basis of confessional statement recorded in that case, the police has remanded the petitioner in the instant case.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since17.8.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
